Jakarta, March 3, 2026 – The holy month of Ramadan is always a special moment to strengthen relationships and share kindness. This spirit inspires PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) to organize Ramadan Guyub 2026, an initiative that brings warmth and togetherness between the company and communities surrounding its operational areas.

Carrying the theme “Guyub Ramadan, Guyub Kindness and Guyub Togetherness,” the event takes place at the Al Furqon Mosque Hall, UT, Jakarta. More than 300 community members attend the event, including Posyandu cadres, members of the KATANA (Disaster Resilient Village) group, communities from UT’s assisted Waste Bank program, and local government representatives, such as the Heads of Penggilingan, Cakung Barat, and Rawa Terate.

In addition to serving as a platform for strengthening relationships, the event features a series of activities focused on togetherness and spiritual values, including Qur’an recitation, interactive quizzes, and a short religious talk (kultum) that delivers inspirational messages during the holy month of Ramadan, concluding with a communal iftar.

Through this event, the spirit of “guyub” (togetherness) is reflected not only in the theme but also in real actions, both in strengthening community bonds and in sustaining positive contributions to the environment. Moving forward, UT hopes that the synergy built with the community continues to grow, enabling collaboration between the company and local communities to create broader, positive impacts for all stakeholders in the company’s operational areas.

From the Slopes of Mount Arjuno, United Tractors Strengthens Local Community Resilience through the Desa UniTy Program https://www.unitedtractors.com/en/from-the-slopes-of-mount-arjuno-united-tractors-strengthens-local-community-resilience-through-the-desa-unity-program/ Mon, 02 Mar 2026 09:00:22 +0000 https://www.unitedtractors.com/?p=79446

Amid the increasing threats of natural disasters and the growing impacts of climate change, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) believes that community resilience cannot be built solely through emergency responses. It requires long-term commitment implemented consistently, collaboratively, and sustainably. By implementing a disaster management system, UT serves as a strategic partner that provides assistance while strengthening communities’ capacity and independence.

This commitment is realized through the Desa UniTy program, a community empowerment initiative based on local potential that integrates UT’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs with the community as the main driver. Located on the slopes of Mount Arjuno’s forest in Batu City, East Java, the program has reached 819 residents in Sumbergondo, Tulungrejo, Tawangargo, and Giripurno.

Environmental Sector

UT promotes various initiatives to strengthen disaster risk mitigation while preserving ecosystems. These efforts include strengthening the Reuse, Reduce, Recycle Waste Processing Facility (TPS3R) in Sumbergondo and Kedung Giripurno, implementing the Climate Village Program (PROKLIM) in Wonorejo Hamlet, and carrying out forest revegetation programs covering 567 hectares by planting productive trees that provide economic value to local communities.

As part of these efforts, UT also strengthens community-based waste management by enhancing TPS3R facilities in Sumbergondo Village. Household waste collected by residents is transported to the TPS3R facility and sorted into organic and inorganic waste. Organic waste, such as food scraps, vegetables, fruits, and leaves, is then shredded to reduce its size and processed in composting bins, where decomposing bacteria are added to accelerate decomposition.

After undergoing a composting process for approximately two to three months, the matured compost is shredded again and sieved to ensure its quality before being packaged and marketed. Through this management process, the TPS3R facility in Sumbergondo Village plays an important role in reducing dependency on landfills, particularly following the closure of the landfill in Batu City in 2023, while also encouraging village independence in waste management.

In addition to providing environmental benefits, the compost house also creates employment opportunities for the surrounding community, increases village original revenue (PAD) through the development of derivative products, and serves as an educational and pilot facility for integrated waste management in other regions. With adequate facilities and active community participation, this initiative has become an important part of strengthening environmental resilience while supporting sustainable village development.

Health Sector

UT strengthens basic healthcare services for the community by developing the Tawangargo Posyandu and establishing an Integrated Primary Service Posyandu (ILP) in Sumbergondo Village. In addition, to strengthen cross-generational family resilience, UT collaborates with the Batu City National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN) and the Giripurno Village Government to organize the Sekolah Orang Tua Hebat (SOTH) and Sekolah Lansia Tangguh (SELANTANG) programs.

Graduated in September 2025, each program has enrolled 30 participants and focused on improving parents’ positive parenting skills and on strengthening the elderly’s capacity to become SMART (Healthy, Independent, Active, Productive) and dignified individuals. This collaboration represents a tangible step toward building high-quality families as the foundation of resilient, productive communities.

Entrepreneurship Sector

UT introduces various initiatives to strengthen community economic resilience through MSME assistance and the development of local economic potential. One significant achievement is the local coffee MSME on the slopes of Mount Arjuno, which experienced a 50% increase in income after receiving mentoring from UT. Previously, the MSME faced limitations in accessing information and markets. Through support such as training, capacity building, and marketing facilitation, local coffee products are now increasingly recognized by the public, government institutions, and academic communities.

UT also supports the development of sheep farming managed by the Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) of Sumbergondo Village. Currently, activities are focused on the cultivation and population growth stages as part of efforts to build a sustainable business foundation and generate long-term economic benefits for the village community.

In the agricultural sector, UT assists farmers in developing Hass avocado commodities that have entered the early harvest stage, particularly in revegetation areas in Sumbergondo and Tulungrejo Villages. The harvest is currently marketed through intermediaries while UT continues to strengthen the value chain by exploring collaboration with cooperatives in Batu City to expand market access. In addition, the development of value-added processed products, such as avocado chips produced by vacuum frying, is being encouraged to increase the economic value of local commodities while supporting improvements in community welfare.

Education and Disaster Preparedness Sector

UT also enhances community capacity through discussions on CSR program planning with residents and village stakeholders. The discussions resulted in an agreement to focus on the development of sustainable horticultural agriculture, including plans to build a ±3,000-square-meter greenhouse for horticultural seedling cultivation equipped with an automatic irrigation system.

In addition, benchmarking activities for strengthening TPS3R management, the construction of vegetable seedling greenhouses, and the development of Sustainable Food House Areas (KRPL) by Women Farmers Groups (KWT) are carried out to strengthen food security and community preparedness in a sustainable manner.

As part of efforts to strengthen human resource quality from an early age, UT also provides support to three early childhood education centers (PAUD) in Sumbergondo Village. This support includes collaborating on various educational activities, providing educational play equipment, and renovating facilities to create a safe and comfortable learning environment for children.

UT also encourages its assisted PAUD institutions to participate in various capacity-building activities, including competitions organized by the Astra Group, to improve the quality of education and the confidence of both students and educators. Moving forward, UT plans to expand the program by adding assisted PAUD institutions in Giripurno Village as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening the educational foundation of communities in its assisted areas.

From the slopes of Mount Arjuno, UT believes that community resilience cannot be built by a single party alone. Synergy between communities, governments, and various stakeholders is key to addressing disaster risks while maintaining environmental and economic sustainability. Through the Desa UniTy Program, UT continues to strive to create tangible impacts and position its assisted areas as examples that protecting the environment, strengthening community economies, and enhancing disaster preparedness are integral parts of the journey toward a more sustainable future.

United Tractors Recorded Net Income of Rp14.8 Trillion in 2025 https://www.unitedtractors.com/en/united-tractors-recorded-net-income-of-rp14-8-trillion-in-2025/ Thu, 26 Feb 2026 09:00:20 +0000 https://www.unitedtractors.com/?p=79391 Jakarta, 26th February 2026 – Today PT United Tractors Tbk (“the Company”) released its consolidated financial statements until the fourth quarter of 2025. The Company recorded net revenue of Rp131.3 trillion, decreased by 2% compared to Rp134.4 trillion in the same period of 2024. The revenue was mainly derived from:

–  Rp54.1 trillion in Mining Contracting, 7% lower than the same period of last year
– Rp36.6 trillion in Construction Machinery, 2% lower than the same period of last year
– Rp24.2 trillion in Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Mining, 7% lower than the same period of last year
– Rp14.0 trillion in Gold and Other Mineral Mining, 41% higher than the same period of last year

The Company’s net income was Rp14.8 trillion, 24% lower due to the decreased contribution from Mining Contracting mainly affected by heavy rainfall and Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Mining impacted by lower coal prices which were partly offset by stronger gold prices.

Summary of the Company’s consolidated performance is provided on the table below:

Construction Machinery Segment

The Construction Machinery segment recorded an increase in Komatsu sales volume by 2% to 4,515 units due to higher sales from forestry and plantation sectors. Based on internal market research, Komatsu’s market share was 20%. Komatsu maintains its position as market leader in mining sector. Sales volume of Scania increased from 436 units to 466 units and UD Trucks sales decreased from 234 units to 155 units. Revenue from spare parts and maintenance services decreased by 3% to Rp11.3 trillion. In total, the Construction Machinery segment recorded 2% decreased net revenue of Rp36.6 trillion.

Mining Contracting Segment

The Company operates its Mining Contracting segment through PT Pamapersada Nusantara (PAMA) and its subsidiary PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP Mining). PAMA and KPP Mining (PAMA Group) provide mining services to mine concession owners, by assisting them with overburden removal and coal and other mineral production.

Until the fourth quarter of 2025, PAMA Group recorded decreased overburden removal by 10% to 1,100 million bcm and coal production for its clients remained at 148 million tons, with an average stripping ratio of 7.4x. The lower overburden removal was mainly due to heavy rainfall and reduced stripping ratio for some customer contracts. In total, the Mining Contracting segment recorded 7% decreased net revenue of Rp54.1 trillion.

Thermal and Metallurgical Coal Mining Segment

The Company’s thermal and metallurgical coal mining business segment is operated by PT Tuah Turangga Agung (Turangga Resources).

In 2025, Turangga Resources’ coal mine reported own coal sales volume of 11.6 million tons (including 3.7 million tons of metallurgical coal), increased by 14% compared to 2024. Total coal sales volume including third party coal increased 9% to 14.3 million tons compared to last year. Coal Mining segment recorded a 7% decrease in net revenue to Rp24.2 trillion due to lower coal prices.

Gold and Other Mineral Mining Segment

The Gold and Other Mineral Mining segment recorded 41% higher revenue to Rp14.0 trillion, mainly due to stronger gold prices.

Gold Mining

The Company’s gold mining business operated by PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) and PT Sumbawa Jutaraya (SJR) reported total gold sales equivalent of 227 thousand ounces until the fourth quarter of 2025, 2% lower compared to last year. PTAR reported 213 thousand ounces of gold sales equivalent, 7% lower compared to last year. SJR reported 14 thousand ounces of gold sales equivalent.

Nickel Business

PT Stargate Pasific Resources (SPR) which operates nickel mine reported 2.1 million wet metric tonnes (wmt) of nickel ore sales until fourth quarter of 2025, comprising 0.7 million wmt of saprolite and 1.4 million wmt of limonite.

20.14%-owned Nickel Industries Limited (NIC) is an integrated nickel mining and processing company with major assets located in Indonesia. The performance of this business was affected by an impairment relating to two of NIC’s older RKEF processing plants in last quarter of 2024 (affected in the Company’s first quarter of 2025 result). NIC’s RKEF operations reported nickel metal sales of 93,264 tons until third quarter of 2025.

On 14 January 2026, UT completed its Rp2 trillion share buyback program which was started from 31 October 2025 with 68.5 million shares repurchased. Subsequently, UT announced a second tranche of its share buyback up to Rp2 trillion from 22 January to 15 April 2026. These programs are carried out in accordance with the Financial Services Authority regulation related to share buybacks under significantly fluctuating market conditions. These programs reflect management’s confidence in the Company’s prospects and its ability to generate sustainable cash flow, as well as supporting the government in maintaining stability of the capital market.

On 11 February 2026, the Company through its subsidiaries, PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara and PT Energia Prima Nusantara, has completed the transaction to acquire 100% share ownership in PT Arafura Surya Alam, a gold mining company located in North Sulawesi.

Bina Pertiwi’s President Director Wins the 2025 Indonesia Best CEO Awards https://www.unitedtractors.com/en/bina-pertiwis-president-director-wins-the-2025-indonesia-best-ceo-awards/ Thu, 26 Feb 2026 09:00:16 +0000 https://www.unitedtractors.com/?p=79482

Jakarta, February 26, 2026 – Leadership that inspires change and drives continuous organizational growth is a crucial foundation for a company’s sustainability. This commitment is reflected in the journey of the President Director of PT Bina Pertiwi (BP), Mahmudi, who receives the 2025 Indonesia Best CEO Awards, organized by SWA Media Group in collaboration with Dunamis Organization Services. The award recognizes Mahmudi’s strategic leadership in maintaining the Company’s sustainable growth amid increasingly competitive industry dynamics.

For Mahmudi, the award is not merely a personal recognition but rather a reflection of the collective journey of the entire company in overcoming various challenges while building a stronger organizational future.

“I express my gratitude for the trust given by SWA Magazine. For us, awards are not the ultimate goal. What matters most is how the company can overcome various challenges, build a strong foundation, and establish a clear direction for growth through short, medium, and long-term planning,” says Mahmudi.

Under his leadership, BP continues to accelerate business transformation as a strategic step to strengthen the Company’s competitiveness. One of the key focuses is accelerating system digitalization to improve operational effectiveness, enhance business process transparency, and strengthen decision-making quality.

This transformation is not only focused on efficiency but also on strengthening good corporate governance, ensuring more responsible resource management, and increasing the Company’s social contribution to the community.

Mahmudi emphasizes that the primary challenge in leadership is not only formulating business strategies but also aligning all employees’ visions, so they can move together toward the same goals. Through a transformational leadership approach, Mahmudi believes that a leader’s role is not only to direct but also to inspire, understand the team’s character, and encourage the emergence of sustainable innovation and change.

The 2025 Indonesia Best CEO Awards are organized through an open invitation to CEOs from companies across various industry sectors in Indonesia. After completing the registration and administrative selection process, several candidates are selected as finalists and proceed to the next stage of evaluation. As part of the assessment process, an internal survey is conducted involving respondents from various organizational levels within each company, ranging from the Board of Directors to managerial levels. This approach aims to obtain a more comprehensive perspective on leadership from within the organization.

The evaluation is conducted using the framework “The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership” developed by FranklinCovey, which includes four key aspects: inspire trust, create vision, execute strategy, and coach potential.

Through this approach, a CEO’s leadership is assessed comprehensively, not only based on business performance but also on the ability to build trust, formulate the organization’s strategic direction, ensure effective execution, and develop team potential.

This award provides BP with important momentum to further strengthen its business transformation and enhance the company’s competitiveness amid continuously evolving industry dynamics. With a strong leadership foundation and the collaborative spirit of all employees, BP remains optimistic about delivering sustainable growth in the future.

United Tractors Shares Industry Insights and Donates Agricultural Training Equipment to Diponegoro University https://www.unitedtractors.com/en/united-tractors-shares-industry-insights-and-donates-agricultural-training-equipment-to-diponegoro-university/ Fri, 13 Feb 2026 09:00:16 +0000 https://www.unitedtractors.com/?p=79361

Amid dynamic shifts in the world of work and growing demand for sustainability, collaboration between industry and academia is increasingly essential. Recognizing this importance, PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) strengthens its partnership with the education sector through a Goes to Campus program held at the Faculty of Animal and Agricultural Sciences (FPP) of Diponegoro University (UNDIP) on February 13, 2026.

UT Director, Ari Sutrisno, emphasizes in his remarks that collaboration with universities is an integral part of the company’s sustainability strategy. “We believe that the future of industry is determined not only by technology, but also by the quality of talent and collaboration. Through the Goes to Campus program and the provision of practical facilities, we aim to make a tangible contribution to the development of education, research, and biodiversity preservation. Synergy between academia and industry is the foundation for creating long-term impactful solutions,” says Ari.

This initiative is part of the Practitioner Teaching Program, which brings industry leaders directly into academic spaces. The event is officially opened by the Dean of FPP, Prof. Sugiharto, S.Pt., M.Sc., Ph.D., along with the Vice Rector IV for Research, Innovation, Cooperation, and Public Communication of UNDIP, symbolizing a shared commitment to strengthening collaboration between universities and the business sector.

During the knowledge-sharing session, four UT General Managers, Abun Jufar Jaya, Yudistra, Istiqo Projo, and Rudy Poerwanto, share real-world insights into the heavy equipment industry, evolving business challenges, innovation opportunities, and the implementation of sustainable practices. The discussion is interactive and practical, bridging industry perspectives with students’ academic enthusiasm.

A total of 125 students from various study programs participate in the event. For them, the session provides valuable learning opportunities and broadens their understanding of how classroom theories can be applied in real industrial practices.

The collaboration becomes even more meaningful with the signing ceremony and handover of one tractor unit, which will be utilized to support forage provision for Timor deer within the campus area. This contribution reflects UT’s commitment to supporting biodiversity programs and promoting sustainable environmental management practices.

This initiative also aligns with the Government’s Asta Cita agenda, particularly the fourth point, which emphasizes strengthening human capital development, science, technology, and education, including empowering youth in sustainable development. Through this strategic collaboration with UNDIP, UT reaffirms its commitment to nurturing future-ready talent capable of addressing industrial challenges while delivering positive impacts on society and the environment.
